Local installation
==================

To set up WEScover in local environment, take the following steps.

1. Clone the source repository.

.. code-block:: bash

   git clone https://github.com/bch-gnome/WEScover.git


2. Download data files and extract to ``data/`` folder in the source

3. Adjust local server-side settings (Apache, shiny, ...) to run the shiny application.
